Principal's Message

Welcome to Ansonia Early Childhood!

Last year we opened our brand new Ansonia Early Childhood facility.  We are excited to announce that this school year we will have all four classrooms filled with preschool students.  If you have a future preschool student and would like for them to attend Ansonia Early Childhood, please contact the preschool at 937-337-4200 and we will reserve a spot for your child to attend. 

We offer an all-day, two days a week program.  We have a Monday/Wednesday class and a Tuesday/Thursday class.  We have three different classes:  

Early Learning Class:  This class is for 3 and 4-year-old students that are just entering preschool.  Parents of students in this class plan for their child to attend preschool again next year.  

Transition Class:  This class is mainly for 4-year-olds that aren’t quite ready for the Pre-Kindergarten class but are beyond the Early Learning Class.

Pre-Kindergarten Class: This class is for 4 and 5-year-olds that are planning to attend kindergarten next year.  Teachers will be working on skills to prepare the students for kindergarten.  

We have a wonderful staff of teachers and aides that are preparing to welcome your child to preschool!    Preschool starts at 8:30 AM and the day ends at 3:30 PM.  We also offer before and after-school daycare.  Daycare begins at 6:30 AM and runs until classes start at 8:30 AM.  After-school daycare begins at 3:30 PM and is open until 5:30 PM.
